For my Grandpa Rowan...

Grandpa Rowan made the comment over Thanksgiving that I had NO pictures of Rose on our blog. In fact, no mention of our sweet baby girl:) My last post would have been made right before I found out I was pregnant with baby #2.

So here are some picture updates from the last (almost) 2 years! They didn't load in any order...enjoy!

February 16- Nate and Jessica's baby shower in Cedar Falls.  It was fun to see everyone and Scott took us to his music room at school to show Ryan all the string instruments.

February 11th- Ryan's 1st hair cut! It only took 2.5 years for me to finally break down and have Ryan's hair cut!

Ryan is working on his basketball defensive slide while wearing his boxer briefs or "underwears".  We have been potty training for a while but by February Ryan really had the hang of it.  He now wears his big boy "underwears" at all times except nap time and bed time.  

Christmas 2012.  This is the first Christmas Ryan has been REALLY excited about opening gifts.  As we opened gifts at Mema's he kept saying "I so happy!"  

Iowa Basketball!  December, January and February we have been busy with Iowa basketball games.  It has been so much fun getting to see Mike play for Iowa.  The drive from Lincoln to Iowa city is about 4.5 hours.  Ryan travels well in the car and the drive doesn't seems to go fast. We try to make it to as many games as we can.  When we can't be at the game we get to watch on T.V.  

November 18-22: Cancun Mexico! When traveled to Cancun to watch Uncle Mike and the Iowa basketball team play in a holiday tournament.  We had SO much fun! Note: Tim grew a beard for "no shave November"
